This latest development comes after the Railway Board granted approval for the addition, enhancing the coectivity and accessibility of this premium train service.
Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express Train Details Operating under the South Eastern Railway (SER) zone, the Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express covers a distance of 1,246 km in just 17 hours and 55 minutes. With a designated train number of 12453/12454, this weekly service offers a seamless journey experience for passengers.
Exciting New Stoppage at Latehar Station Currently, the Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express makes stops at various stations enroute, including Lohardaga, Daltonganj, and more. However, a recent aouncement by the Railway Board revealed that an experimental stoppage has been approved at Latehar station in Jharkhand. This addition, under the jurisdiction of the Dhanbad division of the East Central Railway (ECR) zone, aims to enhance coectivity and accessibility for commuters.
Updated Timings and Ticket Prices Passengers can catch the Ranchi-New Delhi Rajdhani Express departing from Ranchi at 17:15 hrs every Sunday, arriving at New Delhi railway station at 11:10 the following day. On the return journey, the train leaves New Delhi at 16:10 hrs every Saturday, reaching Ranchi at 09:45 hrs.
For those plaing their journey, ticket prices for the Third AC, Second AC, and First AC coaches are Rs 2,190, Rs 3,395, and Rs 4,795 respectively. Additionally, dynamic ticket pricing is applicable to ensure a fair and efficient booking process for travelers.
