Accompanied by Netherlands Prime Minister Rob Jetten, Prime Minister Modi's visit coincided with the signing of a Letter of Intent between both countries concerning the Kalpasar Project in Gujarat. The agreement, inked between the Jal Shakti Ministry of India and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management of the Netherlands, aims at fostering technical cooperation.
