Arrests Made in Coection with Firing Outside Rohit Shetty’s Residence

Four individuals have been apprehended in relation to the recent shooting incident outside the home of renowned filmmaker Rohit Shetty in Juhu. They were presented before an Esplanade court and have been remanded to police custody until February 5. Police have accused them of conspiring to carry out the attack with the aim of harming the prominent director-producer.

The arrests come following a complaint from a security guard who reported shots fired near Shetty’s residence. Although no injuries were sustained during the incident, authorities treated it as a serious attempted murder case. Authorities have alleged that the arrested suspects, including one who reportedly collaborated with a wanted individual, played key roles in supporting the main perpetrator. There are also reports linking the incident to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, a criminal network associated with various high-profile cases. A social media post purportedly linked to the gang claimed responsibility for the attack and issued further threats, prompting ongoing investigations into its authenticity and potential coections to the arrests.
